- Exit the software either by pressing: "Ctrl + Q" or "Ctrl + Shift + Q" or "ALT + F4" on your keyboard.
- Open the start menu (Windows Key) and click the "Team Viewer Host" icon to open the application.
- Identify the ID under "Your ID" this will likely be a 10 - 12 digit number.
- Provide this ID to your support technician to allow remote access and support to the machine.
