When you signed up for a LobbyFox account, an account was created for you using your name and email address. An email from no-reply@trylobbyfox.io was sent to you with instructions to set a password for your account. If you are unsure of your password or if the password invite email has expired, please email support@eyeconic.tv to get it reset.


Multiple users can access the same account. NOTE: All users have the same access to the kiosk's options and features. With this in mind, if you weren't initially set up with an account, you will need to contact your company's primary user and have them request new user credentials for you.


To log in, simply head to https://app.trylobbyfox.io/.



Similarly, you can head to LobbyFox's main website and log in from there at https://trylobbyfox.io/.



Enter your given credentials to log in. Once logged in, you can change your username and password by heading to User Settings > User Access.
