1. Exit the software either by pressing: "Ctrl + Q" or "Ctrl + Shift + Q" or "ALT + F4" on your keyboard.
  2. Open the start menu (Windows Key) and click the "Team Viewer Host" icon to open the application.
  3. Identify the ID under "Your ID" this will likely be a 10 - 12 digit number.
  4. Provide this ID to your support technician to allow remote access and support to the machine.
