Import employees to your kiosk

What happens if you have a large number of employees you want to show on the kiosk? It would be tedious to manually add them one by one. When you are logged in at, you can import their data in one step, assuming you follow the correct format.

First, head to the Employee Info screen by clicking on User Settings > Employees. On the right side of the screen next to the CREATE NEW button is an IMPORT CSV button.

Employee info can be imported as a CSV ONLY. Be sure to follow the same format as the CSV included below in this article.

Once you've saved your CSV, you can click the IMPORT CSV button and upload your file. Employee info and departments will be created if they don't already exist. If you need help formatting your CSV, please email
